Congrats man.

Honestly, if we're to ignore things to be happy about just because there is Bad in the World, our lives are going to be pretty ######.

Doublin' down- congrats Liger!

Oh absolutely. I see it everywhere. Someone supports cause A/is happy about thing A, person butts in "YEAH WELL DON'T FORGET THE AWFULNESS OF CAUSE B/THING B YOU HORRIBLE PERSON".

Take the smile, enjoy it. Savor that sh!t. Pump it up, roll around in it, blast it from the rooftops. There's enough rough crap to go around.

I'm excited but not nearly as excited as I was on 1/20/91 or 1/3/93. Or when Norwood took the field ...

This has me way more excited. I expected those teams to be good. This was outta left field err.. The red zone.. I had a perma grin from ear to ear all night. It was cool getting to enjoy it with my Uber passengers all night long who were as stoked as I was.

I think you and Rod Watson are the only ones rolling their eyes...

I'm not a fan anymore. Maybe I'm back into follower status. So I wasn't rolling my eyes. Nor did I scream, which I think is the test. It didn't move either.

Who's Rod Watson?

And can I roll my eyes at "fans" who swore off the team years ago and went to the graveyard on Monday (make that Sunday) night to weep at their father's tombstone? There are a lot of phony baloneys out there. I feel good for the faithful.

I'm honest anyway.

Well put. I'm happy the drought is over, but I don't find myself nearly as excited as I would have been 5 or 10 years ago. It's like all the years of losing deadened my heart/fandom (like tanking did for the Sabres even though I agreed with the strategy). I did yell when Dalton threw the touchdown though.

Overall it's probably better because the losses don't really hurt anymore, but the wins don't move the needle as much as they used to either.

I remember all the wins of the '90s.

And I'm excited as -all. My friend and I were dancing around and hugging like gay porn actors and aafter the Cincy win.

What the are you watching for if you don't get excited by the playoffs?!

Is it necessary to belittle someone thinking of a deceased parent and spending time remembering him at his grave?

Apparently there's a big ESPN article coming out tomorrow about how Kraft, Belichick, and Brady are all in a massive power struggle and pretty much hate each other at this point. Guessing it's Kraft + Brady vs Belichick

So Brady wants to play into his 40's bad enough he went to Kraft about trading Garoppolo?  Belichick was then told to trade him?  This could be very interesting....
