After decades of incompetence, 2018 is finally when they figure it out? Just not buying it. After re-watching the video, I'm not advocating what Burrows did but I see worse every single game with headshots, groin spears, boarding, kneeing and so on. The NHL didn't figure it out, this just violated some weird code they have about unorthodox situations. He takes over the mantle of Chris Kelly one of if not the biggest ###### bird in recent history. Define recent, because Marchand, Lucic, Gudas are light-years beyond anything I've seen Kelly do.
