Our office has about 2 white boards and 4 chalkboards, and I choose chalk 100% of the time I lock everyone into my mind as the same age they were when they first joined the board. Have him mentor some of the young defence When I first read this, I thought it was a good idea. Then I thought of Josh Gorges. Wasn't he supposed to be that for the younger D-Men last year. I read that the younger players just laughed him off . The Sabres have a Hall of Fame D-Man as head coach, and a former D-Man as assistant (Hajt). Maybe they need to spend more time mentoring.
