That fourth Predators goal after the power play expired; Jarnkrok took the puck from Kessler along the boards and ended up crisscrossing twice with Sissons before eventually giving him the puck for the game winner. Kessler loafed back. Had he put just a little effort into getting back into the play there's no way Nashville scores there.

I saw a chart from either game 4 or game 5 in the Nashville/Anaheim series - Cam Fowler had 14 zone exit attempts and 13 of them were completed with successful possession. I don't think any other Ducks defender was above 50%.

I'm still surprised at how much of the board was against trading for him last year.

From my semi-drunk vantage point at the three Preds home games (blue line, front row, club level), Fowler was the Ducks' best defenseman this series. Really good passer.

That was an insanely fun game to attend. Downtown Nashville was a giant party last night!

Well there ya go. Fold the Senators. Contract them or move them to New Mexico.

Even Florida was selling out first round games when they made the playoffs last year.

Who's the Sentaors all star, face of the franchise guy?

Not counting Karlsson, it shouldn't matter. Me thinks no city should leave an arena partially empty for a conference final game.

Or partially full, if you're an optimist. :P

Aldredsson if we're counting people retired

No I mean now. Even Nashville has Fisher and Johansson and Josi and Subban. Ottawa's is Karlsson. I think that's it? Idk I think marketing that team may be difficult is what I'm considering.

It's Karlsson and fans love him. It just seems that the team being incredibly boring/actually not that good is what is probably keeping fans away even in the playoffs. They watched their team all season, and it's not fun.

In Canada! Wow

I wonder how many season tickets they have booked; Buffalo has something like 16000, so there's only a few thousand available for sale. Unless that number counts tickets that STH declined to purchase months ago.
