He kept mentioning how all 3 will need to play roles in this run, how they all will have to work off each other, help each other and get better because of each other. Adams always talks about how he includes the vets and team leaders into discussion making, and also drove to Comrie's house and spend time with him when they told him he was going to go to Rochester on assignment, i highly doubt Anderson doesn't know the plan.
