Not really sure what you are talking about. I made no comments on the winning streak having any impact on KA's employment.

I'm kinda shocked and thrilled by this news, though.

Let’s see how much Pegula lets Jarmo do his job now.  
I wouldn’t mind seeing Ruff let go and Jarmo doing everything he can to bring in the right coach (maybe DeBoer)

I am shocked.  Thought for sure Adams would be “promoted” again.   As long as Jarmo can do his job without Terry buzzing around, I will give him a fighting chance.  After all, there is nowhere to go but up.

Not sure it's the correct time.  Expect that was actually either when Granato got relieved of his duties or this past off-season.  BUT today is the closest day of all those remaining to either of those 2 days; so, in that respect yes, correct time it is.

What I’m waiting for next is to see who becomes the next head coach.  If it’s Seth, then this tells me that Jarmo doesn’t have true autonomy to make changes.  If it’s not Seth, then well…maybe better days are coming.

I had heard from some people in the business that this was the idea from the day they brought Jarmo on board.

I wouldn't be surprised if all of the positive developments (goaltending, Doan, etc.) were already part of Jarmo's influence.

I'm not sure that is the case. The speculation became louder and more credible. Why prolong announcing a decision that has already been made and evident to most people? There is no easy way to do it. So just do it and move on and not allow this issue to hover over the departed employee. It's going to be interesting to see if KA is still involved with the Pegula business in some manner or just cut loose from the Pegula business in toto.

I can see why people thought that of him.  And I don’t know him well enough and don’t know what ever happened behind closed doors, but he never came across like that in person.
