A few teams use the Ric Flair wooo after a goal is announced. The Kermit yea instead? That would be brilliant.

Not as a goal song but as a song to play after the horn sounds at the end of a win, I think this would have the crowd jumping and clapping.

Classic oldie, Slapshot movie connection, upbeat, happy... I think it's a winner  👍

My problem is that Evacuate the Dance Floor is the quintessential Cascada jam.  Anything else is just a tease of what could have been.

Not sure if this was posted yet or not, but I just got an email from the Sabres with an offer for free tickets to a preseason game.  It said it was based on the email I gave when voting for the goal song.

There is a code to redeem apparently in the email.

You can tell from my avatar and screen name that I'm a big fan of the song, album, and band!  I would love it as a goal song, but I'm not sure the appeal would be universal enough.  I thought the list of options were pretty weak and went with the Metallica song by default, as it's the only one that I thought was close to being a good option.  I think the song they're using for the Goathead games is far better than any of the options offered for the Blue and Gold games.
