Wasn't the Jarmo advisor role supposed to sorta help us for weeks like this? I feel like I've almost forgotten that he is part of the organ-eye-zation because the moves made seem like typical KA moves of years past. 

Maybe KA is so bad that no advisor in hockey can bring enough clout to help.

Jarmo's advice was don't do what Admiral Pegula tells you.  Adams couldn't comprehend that statement. It short circuited his brain. His thought process was broken on Pegula is right, defend, Pegula, right, defend.  

And that's how we ended up with all the RHD and no sign of Jarmo.

Site called Clip Cafe, where you can download into an Mp4 file and then attach and insert.   Their site gave me a nice, succinct clip of the scene with RP McMurphy vs  YouTube's clip, which was much longer.  I chose brevity for the viewer, even though it took me a little longer to complete the post.

Of course he likes the roster as it is, they always say that.

Definitely. He’s almost certainly considering using Buffalo as leverage to get a bigger contract.
