Old Sugar Packets was the nickname for Golisano, in that he was cheap like someone who takes sugar packets from a restaurant. OSP is simply amazing I've never heard this before and it is amazing. put a smile on my face right now :D I have taken for granted that everyone knows what OSP means. I didn't realize/recognize that there were folks on here that weren't around for the Golisano days.
