He already plays there part time plus it seems a bit counter productive to play guys who aren't as capable on that side and sit someone from the left?? There’s no way they can risk him becoming a senior. I also think the team probably gives him NHL games at the end of this season because that’ll be a good way to guarantee he signs that deal. He’s not a sure thing, so would not be irresponsible by trading him. But, will be better asset control. We need more RHD prospects and also can’t afford to lose him for nothing.
