Does that strike anyone else as a strange situation? It does feel a bit odd to me, but I'd take this situation over the one from a few years back where people always wanted to add Mike Foligno. According to wiki: "When the Kings won the 2012 Stanley Cup Finals under current head coach Darryl Sutter, they requested the NHL to have Murray's name included on the cup, but were denied by the NHL." Remember the near universal praise we heard around here for Scott Arniel? I think it was before your time here, but people sure did love his work with the powerplay.
