GASabresIUFAN 2,515
Where are all those commentators now about how bad the Bills defense is against the run. LJ 34 yds, Dobbins 42 and Edwards 42.
carpandean 415
I'm renaming my RetroBowl DB to "Taron Johnson" effective immediately. It's looking like it's going to be 10-10, but not only does he intercept it, he decides not to take the easy knee, instead running it 101 yards to the house! Boom! 17-3! NFL Play of the year candidate!! Edited January 17 by carpandean

LJ 34 yds, Dobbins 42 and Edwards 42. They’re too busy trying to tell viewers how good Ravens players are. Michaels actually said the backup looked like a 10 year vet. I got news for the NFL and corporate media sports casters. Buffalo is the real deal. Get on board or get left behind. Edited January 17 by SABRES 0311

carpandean 415
BTW, I'm surprised that the Johnson didn't go into concussion protocol, himself, after his own player slammed him head-first into the selfie-cam screen. 🤪 Edited January 17 by carpandean

Taro T 3,171
The Bills could be playing in KC for the right to meet GB in the SB. Time to return the favor. 31-7 for the visitors sounds about right. 😉 1 minute ago, pastajoe said: Bills and Sabres both scheduled to play next Sunday night. 🙄 Cool. Will be able to watch both real time w/ out having to watch any commercials. 🍺

Back to watching the games on delay to avoid the commercials. Bills win next week would set a new team RS + Playoff win record as they'll be 16-3.
carpandean 415
For the record, if I were a neutral observer, I so would have been rooting Huntley to lead a comeback victory. What a story that would have been. I'm absolutely not neutral, so I'm really glad it didn't happen
Taro T 3,171
So, anyone else here initially think that Johnson screwed up by bringing that ball out of the endzone? D'oh! Great decision.

Still amazed there were essentially only 2 drives the entire 3rd quarter.

Every Ravens player he mentions is somehow the best or one of the best. News flash bud, no they’re not. Proof? Look at the score. It sounded like Collinsworth was doing the same thing, imo. It was nauseating. Funny when the tides turned he started talking up the Bills.
GASabresIUFAN 2,515
Hard to execute a passing offense in 30 miles an hour winds. Josh still completed 65% of his throws and no turnovers. I thought our game plan was very uninspired in the 1st half. Play action is much more effective when u actually run occasionally. Also to many deep throws early. This game called for a West Coast offense, screens and some jet sweeps. 11 hours ago, GASabresIUFAN said: No reason not to be confident. This is an excellent team and we are better then the Ravens. We stopped Lamar and their running game last year and Allen is this year’s best QB against the blitz (they are the no. 1 blitzing team). They held us to 3 field goals in that game and sacked us 6 times. That won’t happen this time. Our line is better, Allen is better at getting out of trouble and turning scrambles into big plays to Diggs and Davis. This team takes this game as a huge challenge and will be ready. Pretty close. I’d thought this offense would score more but can’t predict the wind. Edited January 17 by GASabresIUFAN
