I'd waive Elie, send Thompson down to get some confidence, and bring up 2 of Smith, Nylander, Olafsson because we are in desperate need for even the threat of a goal from another line. Still it can’t be an excuse Not an excuse, but poor work by the NHL schedulers to have teams play today that have a bit of a distance to travel. Either change the 'travel ban' to the day before they play or schedule only close teams to play today, most teams have other teams close enough that they dont have to travel far to play..... These guys might back into playoffs with 8 seed but get embarrassed by Lightning.
