We all know what he's capable of, but can he do it consistently over the course of an entire season, multiple seasons, get his team to the playoffs, etc..? Taro can probably confirm, or deny, my memory on this. That would be about 25 million per season in today's $. In '98 he signed a 4 year contract that was to pay $32MM over the life of it. '98-'99 - $7MM + $1MM signing bonus. '99-'00 - $7.5MM '00-'01 - $7.5MM '01-'02 - $9MM He was traded before getting the $9MM, so his biggest payday in Buffalo was $8MM for '98-'99. Bergeron was a +12 Toews a +27 Kopitar was a +74 TRpm They made the All-Pro team and played in the pro-bowl.
