I don't like it when people use these terms. In the end Samson showed leadership last year by showing up each game and playing at the same level he always did. We were last place with one of his best years. So next seasons end you lose him and you're still likely no better for having kept him. Or you know trade him before the deadline. Doing this also shelters Cozens and Mittlestadt so we're not rushing them into a role theyre not ready for.
