We usually do Thanksgiving on a random day that everyone is off on.

WildCard
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Unfortunately my siblings will be going to their so's families, and my dad may be too sick to leave the house, so it may just be him, my mom, and I. Dessert: Chocolate pie Dutch apple pie Cannoli And maybe some ice cream Ham gravy always seems weird to me. For the first time my family is probably going to be doing Thanksgiving with my wife's family. TG is a super big deal for them, so a while ago we kind of made it TG with her side, Easter with mine, and Christmas is just insanity (but fun insanity). However, this year my family's usual TG plans fell through, so I think we're going to all be together for it for the first time in quite a while! Looking forward to it. That's gonna be a rowdy Thanksgiving dinner :P I really really want to get out to the bars either Wed/Thurs/Fri night and have some beers. I hope I'm good to drink by then. josie
Guilt with a side of nagging followed by a lot of humble pie, most likely. I'd rather spend another tgiving with d4rk's family. They're so damn chill. It's so damn nice. But I am thankful to face a thanksgiving dinner and not be recovering from surgery/anesthetic that nearly killed me this year. And I can walk. So I've got that. The rest is trivial.
