And I think we're just getting started! Totally agree. I am encouraged, hell, even excited for what Buffalo will turn into in the next few years. Development in the waterfront, new construction all over downtown buffalo and medical campus, new restaurants and hotels opening as we speak, removal of hookers/underage nightclubs on Chippewa.
