Why does this not surprise me?

 

The big issue is Foligno. Looked like he hurt his shoulder bad.

Kessel had it coming, he deserves to get his ass beat. Don't want to get stung by the hornet, don't jab the nest with a stick.

 

Scott never beat the hell out of kessel. If he did I missed that. He simply tried to send a message.

 

I never said he did, I was asking if that was what happened. I had not seen any video.

Way to go Millsie!!! And HTF does Ruhwedel have the hairline of a corpse?

!!!!!! EPIC!

 

The one guy I know got hurt was Corey Tropp. He was dropped like a rock by Devane in the fight that started this whole mess and knocked his coconut on the ice and had to be helped off the ice. Looked real concussion-y.

devane looks like a big dude. props to tropp for giving it a go.

I had notices Scott and Kessel talking far earlier in the game - almost like they were joking around. I though it odd the two would even be on the ice together. Having Kessel out with Scott was as stupid as when the Ottawa coach left all his star players on the ice with Peters,Kaleta and Adam Mair.

I don't think Scott really expected Kessel to go at him like he did. It seemed like Scott was more or less intending to make a statement by fighting a fighter but first giving their star a hug. Kessel then went insane and started 2 hand chopping at his legs thus send Scott after him seriously.

 

I certainly hope both Tropp and Foligno are ok.

 

Clarkson is in big trouble.

 

Kessel is in big trouble aswell.

Clarkson coming off the bench,… whatever, he's a fighter and he felt he had to deal with Scott. Kessel on the other hand, using the stick over and over,… what a piece of chit.

Tropp went down because of a Devane shot. I think Tropp was out before he hit the ice.

 

It is tough to see. At .15 seconds Devane seems to throw a short left, can't tell if it lands, then at .16 seconds Tropp is going down and Devane throws a punch and can't tell if that one lands either. I still can't tell if Tropp is out while he is on his way down or if the forearm shiver and him hitting the ice simultaneously is what does the damage. It is tough to tell.

Have a glass of wine or something. It wasn't criticism of you. It was merely an observation that noone was interested enough in the game to start a thread. No need to go into labor over it.
