Pimlach Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago First - Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to all of our Sabres fans in Canada.Β This afternoons matinee is to get more kids in the crowd but since many schools do not observe Columbus Day/Indigenous People Day that may not be the best planning.Β Β The good thing is that the Sabres wont interfere with me watching the Bills on MNF tonight.Β As for this team - they need to play 60 minutes if hockey and support the rookie in net.Β Β The western conference teams travel a lot of miles and they strive to get a win on their first stop of a road trip.Β Β Buffalo better be ready to play.Β Β I don't care about injuries, a win today is mandatory.Β Β Β 2 1 Quote

You're correct.Β I posted in a different thread earlier.. Or maybe this one, I'll buy back in when they have more points than games played and they have a positive goal differential.Β So even though you're correct, it's hard to be positive about this team in the current state, state and position. They are in two games in.. at least for now. 30 minutes ago, K012010 said: Whoβs going to create offense and actually put the puck in the net Thompson has approached 50 goals two of the last 3 years. DarthEbriate Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago (edited) 4th line energy guys -- 1st shift: each guy get a hit in the stats column. Go rattle the boards a bit. Even if the guy dodges, make some noise. Get the crowd buzzing. Quinn - crash the net. Take the puck and just crash the net with it and see what happens. Pretend you're Zucker. Samuelsson -- line someone up at the blue line. You might miss. Get the audience to go woooo if you do, and for the Avs forward to look back over his shoulder and say, "whoa, was that Muel-PO?"Β Β And if you hit, it'll be fun! You're heavier than anyone on their roster, even 40 year-old Brent Burns. Β (Edit: Muel-PO probably shouldn't do that because the possibility of getting injured is approximately 3:1.) I do.Β Taro, ROR smashed into a Tim Horton's in July 2015, before he ever wore the Sabres jersey in a game.Β Β He played for the Sabres for three season and was traded in 2018 after his "lost his love for the game" speech at locker cleanout.Β The episode with smashing the truck was long over, he was very luckily acquitted of the charges in July 2016 when the only witness was unable to identify him. He publicly apologized and thanked the Sabres for supporting him.Β It should have ended there and if ROR had more problem the team should have been helping him.Β Β Maybe Terry was still have been upset about the drunk driving, but he was also upset about what ROR said and insiders say he did not want to pay the bonus that was due.Β I expect that Terry knows that hockey players and football players are not choir boys, drug and alcohol abuse is a problem for many athletes and for many reasons.Β He has to be aware of this.Β Β Quote
