This is welcome news.  I pay for NHL center ice from Directv and last year, a ton of games were on MSG.  I thought about canceling but I don't want to miss any games that aren't.

I stream Direct tv and have the Disney bundle ($19 a month for Disney/Hulu/ESPN+). I got every game last season.

Interesting.  When you streamed Directv, was it MSG that had it?  And when they didn't, you found it on ESPN+?

For ESPN+ it was IN MARKET last year.  Expecting that'll be the same.

And considering regular DTv had all the MSG Sabres pre-games and the Instigators (or whatever they call it now w/ Duff and Biron) and One Bills Live; they seem to consider Ra-cha-cha local too.

(Too bad the NFL doesn't and doesn't let Channel 8 or 13 show the Amazon Prime Bills games like Channel 4 or 7 get to in Buffalo.)

Sorry, brain fart.  Ra-cha-cha was IN MARKET for ESPN+ last season.  Hope you caught that from the 3rd sentence, but pretty sure said the exact opposite in the 1st sentence.

So you only get 2 games with the Sabres commentators unless you choose to only listen to the game and the game against Boston you have to suffer the biggest jackwad in hockey announcing...

Only 1 MSG produced game and we wonder why MSG sucks so bad at broadcasting hockey.

Nope.  Just interviews and highlights.  App is useless if you visit this site at all.

The D for this game is interesting, the 3 guys fighting for the 7&8 spots and Ryan Johnson, Metsa, Novikov and Davies.

Greenway, Jost, Krebs and JJP are the only NHL forwards.

So, maybe the teams knew what they were doing scheduling this one opposite the Bills game.  No need to have fans in attendance or even paying attention to watch the (mainly) AHLers duke it out.

The Sabres should have their broadcast team call the game on tv as they watch the other team’s broadcast along with us. They’ve done that kind of remote broadcast before for road games.
