sweetlou Posted June 26, 2017 Report Share Posted June 26, 2017 I think we give Bonino a three year deal for 9 mil to be our third line center and PK specialist. Take some pressure off of ROR. May be a little more than some would want to pay, but I believe good value for a third line center who can score 15-2- goals. I would also like to see them go after RW Brett Connolly to replace Gionta as 3rd pairing RW. Veteran who can score 10-15 goals. Could get under good contract like 4 years at 8 million. I no longer believe in shut down defenders. The best way to beat Crosby is to keep the puck away from him, not try to shut him down once he has it.
