Winston
Saw that earlier- he looks pretty jacked! How would you like to take one of those shoulders into the boards?

pi2000
That just looks like a back injury waiting to happen. Seems like there are much safer exercises that would focus more on hockey movement than lifting heavy objects.

I remember him talking about these farm workouts moving tires and stuff before it was a mainstream thing.
Winston
<p> This guy apparently isn't afraid, from his comment: evander9kaneLooking large. See ya in the corner Ha, great find! I don’t want any Sabre catching those iron fists. Kane will always hold a special place in my heart for his three fight game against Florida. I was there and he whooped Petrovic each time. I’m generally on the fence about fighting in hockey. Most of the time it’s useless “lift the team” or needless “you checked my guy so I’m gonna fight you” nonsense. But man, can it ever rile up a crowd. Sabres lost that game 7-4. Yet it’s one of my favorite games despite the blowout.

WildCard
If you go through his posts Eichel is constantly chirping him to have fun with Risto. So, guess the team really is broken...

7+6=13
I'd flip the crap out of that tire to the right of the one Risto is lifting. Randall Flagg
That'll be fun to watch for when we the Oilers play the Sharks next year. Edited June 19, 2018 by Randall Flagg
dejeanerret
This is Walter Payton & Jerry Rice kind of work ethic. While other players are vacationing with their families or lifting at their local gyms, this guy is out in Spain at one of the most challenging gyms killing it each and every day. Besides his immense talent, only being 23 years old, and signed under a very friendly contract, this guy is driven to get better like few in the game. You just don't trade players like that. Give him another year or two and his work ethic will be infectious with the rest of the team. Edited June 21, 2018 by dejeanerret

I don't know whether or not he has a family, but I do picture a few less things getting in the way of this kind of workout for a 23 year old as opposed to someone slightly older. That Aud Smell
I don't doubt Risto's willingness to work, sweat, lift, push, grunt, and so on. I do doubt his ability to think.
