Good news is he is 18 and has time to work on that. Also would like to see Sabres take Liljegren. I thnk he is going to be a stud. It seems like getting into the top 3 is all the buzz this year. Without a clear top pick I think it makes the 2nd or 3rd pick more valuable. It's crazy to think a guy that many had projected going to Sabres in mock drafts (Mahar) could be first overall when it's all said and done. that's how crazy this year is. with both Friedman and Dreger linking Shattenkirk to Buffalo, does this change the opinion of the "draft a dman at 8 regardless" crowd at all? They say he's got NHL caliber shot and one of the best skaters in this draft. What's not to like? Cody Glass. That's who I want. Although my draft desires are historically bad. I'm more of a pro scout than an amateur :p I want Tippet, Mittelstadt or Glass. But I'm also wondering what my second favorite team the Golden Knights our gonna do today. Knock on a lot of players are skating and if you can move and your skating is compared to Kessel that's pretty darn good. I don't see Kessel being this great backchecker.
