From what I've read and heard from those who know him we are getting more of a quiet, serious, pensive guy who is a bit brusque at times. Seems to be a good evaluator of young talent and in interviews he gave after last years draft he sounds like he is not afraid to trade prospects for proven talent and possibly move up to get a player he covets. If Murray comes in and says "this team needs this and this is how I am going to do it" it will make my day. If he launches both barrels at Harrington after the first self-serving question it will make my year. I doubt he says anything specific. I'm sure he's given it some thought during the interview process; he's probably already been queried by PLF what his first moves would be.
