Ted does not like slackers and guys who don't play sound defense in your own end. The young guys will finally get the direction they need to grow into good pros. We are now the Oilers, we fire our management and bring in alumni to run it. I'm intrigued what a new gm will do. I hope Devine goes, he has as much to do with running the franchise as DR. The times I saw Nolan coach, I was not impressed I like the idea of Pat being involved. Is there any decent GM out there? Any European ones like the Finish guy for CBJ?
