Let’s face it, these kids aren’t thrilled by an organization that is the laughing stock of the league. You have an owner that won’t hire a proven GM and hires a washed up coach and doesn’t let him pick his assistant coaches. Until Pegula gets serious about winning this team will continue to be a joke and if Buffalo boy Alex Tuch leaves then this team will never be taken seriously!

Yep.  Power was first overall and hasn’t figured it out yet.  Dahlin took 3+ years before taking his big step.  Nobody should expect to see him in Buffalo for atleast 3 years.  Likely 5 before there’s any impact.  Is what it is….

Realizing that after all that, all the talk a year ago about how heads would roll if we missed again, after sitting in last almost whole year, missing playoffs 14 straight times, sabres have retained entire coaching staff + management squad, traded top LW away for 2 lesser players, and are potentially meaningfully done

Unlikely. Martone had a childhood Flyers jersey and billeted with the same family that Owen Tippett had. He's a Flyer. 

If McQueen is healthy Ducks got a new Getzlaf.
