That said, we were in this game and had some good pushback. Carolina is a cup contender and we know we aren't. I'd prefer a different outcome but I think we're closer then this score will show. thewookie1 Posted February 2, 2023 Report Share Posted February 2, 2023 Rough start, but certainly battled hard through the 2nd and 3rd but we’re always in the process of being suffocated by Carolina’s sticks and subtle holdings. Tuch shows us what a playoff player looks like; he was flying out there. We didn’t seem to have much puck luck tonight and were killed by some brutal defensive lapses early. Rest and heal over the break and come out swinging next week.
