Their HC and also Goaltending coach were in their first year on the job. Maybe it’s not the staff who were in place when they committed to Northeastern and they aren’t fans. EDIT: I looked it up the current HC and goaltending coach are not the people who were in those positions when any of those players committed. Maybe the just don’t like the coaches or the coaches aren’t good. The team did not perform very well apart from Levi’s virtuoso performances. This is a really good point. The backup may be looking at the team outside Levi and think he's going to look like garbage next year since it's unlikely he's going to have one of the top seasons in NCAA history. I don't know if the guy has a shot at the NHL, but looking awful in the NCAA probably isn't the path to get there.

Or maybe this backup goalie has gotten the impression that the new coaches don’t like him that much and are probably going to bring in someone else to start over him next season. 50 minutes ago, Buffalonill said: In montreal Oh nooooo!!!!! Wouldn't he have been with his hockey team preparing for the Frozen 4? This pic could have been taken any time, but if it's confirmed that it was just taken, I'd say he's on his way to signing a pro contract.

Drag0nDan
Love the turn on this player. When initially acquired a lot of people hated it and viewed it as a throw-in and that we got less for Reinhart than Risto. Now a season later and he's looking like a possible solution in goal at some point. I think this would be an even faster jump than Spencer Knight.
