He's trying to improve his team without having to give up everything. Its just as delusional as some of the prices being posted about what KA wants for Eichel. Lets not pretend that the Sabres had no intentions of trading Jack and its just other teams coming up and offering deals to try and get him. He is on the market and other teams know that he wants out. They won't come out and give their best offer with their best assets for someone they know isn't happy and wants to be moved. At this point the Rangers list of untouchables is every player under 22. Rangers aren't serious about Eichel if Brandon Schnieder is on the can't have list. Do you have evidence he does this against coaches wishes, and that he will demand ice time?
