Doohickie Posted August 31, 2018 Report Share Posted August 31, 2018 I went to Buffalo Bros. to watch it. About half the Bills fans left before the comeback started. I had a feeling when they got to 27-16 that they might mount a comeback. It was an awful comeback though. It would have been glorious had the game meant anything, but in preseason it was just a bunch of sloppy plays by depth/bubble players on the Bears. McCarron got slapped in the head twice after passing the ball on the final drive; the first happened inside the Bills 10 yard line on 4th and 21. One thing I noticed, the clock management by the Bears at the end of the 1st half. But, he didn't seem to be in a hurry to try for a TD. It looked like he wanted to drag the clock out to give his FG unit some time, almost like he knew he had the game wrapped up. I bet he's regretting that decision.
