Knowledgeable and loud. Old school feel despite a 20,000 seating capacity. Tight corner seats - the kind you have to crawl over people to get in and out of. Think meat and potatoes and lunch pails. darksabre Posted December 15, 2015 Report Share Posted December 15, 2015 Detroit is one of those teams where you can't be lazy about cycling coverage. It's the only way to overcome their shiftiness. You and your teammates have to rely on each other to be there when you leave your position. If you're a defender you're going to HAVE to carry the puck through the neutral zone and let a forward drop back into defensive coverage. If you're in the defensive zone you have to sorta take aggressive runs at them one try at a time, and let the next guy in the rotation follow up, and keep doing that. Quickly.
