It looks Blue with gold outline to me, so slug era (2006-09, right?), it was on the shoulders of the jerseys if I remember right. The Adelphia era would be black, silver and red. It's a Sabres beanie you could get for free in a case of Labatt Blue. He just has the Labatt logo in the back. Source: got that hat for free in a case of Blue, then murdered four people. Yeah, it was introduced in '06, as the shoulder logo for the slugs. And it's still a valid/current logo for us, but I guess we just don't wear it on anything on-ice, as we haven't worn a shoulder logo since the slug.
