Having a goaltender corps that is on the same level as a tarp goalie kinda balances things out though.

 

We have exactly zero players on the roster who could pick a corner on one of those things. I'll be glad to see the flyers goalies in net. At least that way there is a chance they score on themselves.

Ville Leino actually has no concept of tarp goalie. People have tried to explain it to him before, but apparently he just gets really confused. I mean, how can a goalie be a tarp?

I've never heard of a tarp goalie. Is that some sort of government bailout goalie?

 

We always just call it a shooter tutor.
