I am pessimistic about UPL. Watching him live near the end of last season, he just didn’t look to me like he has “it”. I think his days as a Sabres property are numbered. -
I don’t remember the first half of that video, but I remember the last 5-10 seconds of it.

I’m with Cuz. I don’t think this changes anything. He’s angling for FA. -
We had mansplaining. Now we have NSplaining.

Contracts like that one make me wonder if the owners are planning on CBA changes in the next contract that helps them get out of deals like these. Otherwise, I’m not sure it makes sense. They are betting big money on him having a Marleau or Thornton type career. Or that there will always be an Arizona or Buffalo around looking to get to the cap floor. -
Punctuation? Lol Comma location changes how that reads.

Parrots are crazy loud. Our next door neighbors had 8 of them at one point. Most knew some words and phrases. Some of them were rather colorful. The looks on peoples faces walking by were priceless. I’ll accept this.

I was thinking more in terms of what he means to the fanbase. -
It seems to be palatable, encouraged even, taken in 3 year bites.

A true icon, gone. As a Dodgers fan, I am saddened. This is the equivalent of losing RJ. -
I suspect the NFL has access to way more information than we do. And given their history of woefully under responding to DV situations, I’m more than comfortable accepting that something significant has gone on in this case and is sanctions worthy.

At the end, certainly.

What a gorgeous girl. I wish I was in a position to adopt her. Let me guess. She’s 70lbs already?

It’s a dumb understatement?

Interesting that Steve Shields qas mentioned by name as being an initial or primary complaint that started the investigation. -
Boy, if we weren’t already elbows deep in a rescue we are rehabilitating I would ask to meet the pup. But, alas, we have one high maintenance pooch already. I recommend you reach out to a couple of rescue organizations. They may be able to set you up with a good foster home for Sally.

It’s not oblivious. It’s taking risks with the possibility that something happens that involves someone else doing something beyond your reaction time. You have a very risk tolerant personality. But when you are on a public road, rural or urban, it’s not just your risk.
-
Much of that is mitigated if they would have hired an experienced GM instead of repeatedly trying to capitalize on the next good future GM. Im sure they had league darling GMs with experience as an actual NHL GM that were recommended as well.

Until a kid walks out into the road just before you reach that bend….. Thats the problem with the line of thinking that I’m only putting myself at risk.
-
Nah, you have plausible deniability.

Damn, Bio. Gorgeous scenery.

You’re still an old man. 😁

I haven’t had Casamigos since George Clooney sold it. The interwebs says its changed. I haven’t avoided it, just haven’t had it. I really enjoyed it previously. Drinking Don Julio reposado. Its smooth, but not terribly interesting. It was a gift. I don’t think I’ll spend my own money on it. I like a little more complexity. Time to switch to bourbon. There is a bottle of Four Roses small batch select that is faintly calling my name.
