Doan looks like a player.  Hes not scoring and he has a slightly different style than Benson, but he looks like he is close to Benson both in terms of how hard he works and his ability to battle opposing players.

I know Norris is out and that deal doens't look good at the moment for the Sabres.

On the other hand, Cozens is who he is.  he's a -2 this game, a -6 through 3.5 games this year. He was a minus player for the Sens in the playoffs and a minus player in his 20 game stint for them in the regular season last year.

The Sabres have problems, but if moving him opened up ice time for someone else, I think thats a positive move regardless of the return.

I'm actually surprised how bad they are. I know Tkachuk is out, but they have some other good players. Man, could be a long season in the Nation's Capital also.

so neither player changed.  norris still gets injured and cozens still isn't great
