Buffalo Bills 2018-2019

Josh Rosen and Josh Allen had 2 mutual opponents last year: Oregon and Hawaii. Rosen's stats in those 2 games: 43-61 (70.5 completion percentage), 595 passing yards, 7 TD, 0 INT, 190.3 QB rating. Allen: 18-43 (41.9), 156 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 73.4 QB rating.

From some tweet (ethics ftw)

I mean, if you can't beat Hawaii... come on now.

There's almost no trade-up scenario for us that would make me mad, so long as it stays within the first 2 rounds of 2019 in terms of which picks are added.

We're not going to have a chance like this for a long time.

Personally don't think there is much of a chance to be had, you are dependant on the other teams to much.

If one of Rosen/Mayfield/Darnold drops around 6/7 then you can trade up, anything else is just wishful thinking.

Can it be anyone other than Allen? It feels like it's predetermined. The city will implode minus Gramps and Bob from Cheektowaga.

From Lance Zerline

Hearing Rosen over Darnold at 3 so if Sam doesn't go 2 (Denver trade up or Bills trade up), he could fall to 4 and it will be raining picks in the Browns laps once again. As crazy as it sounds, the Bucs are poised to get one of the top 3 players in this draft at pick 7.

Also trading up with your 2019 1st round pick might be a very dumb move, for all we know this team really suck next year and that could be a potential top 5 pick.

Possibly, however unlike previous years the reports on next years QB Crop are not favorable and the Bills have the ammo to make a deal this year

From Matt Miller

Hearing there are #Jets coaches making a late push for Josh Allen. Buckle up, folks.

And the Jeremy Bates their OC carries a lot weight in the draft room and wants him

This is the perfect time to be a reporter. You can't lose. You're either right and can puff up (justified or not) the quality of your sourcing, or you're wrong and can shrug it off as misinformation and nobody knew anything for real.

100%. Mock draft guys have the easiest jobs in the world

@WillBrinson

According to @mortreport on ESPN just now, John Dorsey’s known who he was going to take for “about six weeks.”

Dorsey told Haslams “about a month ago.”

“Finally told his head coach Hue Jackson two days ago.”

Poor Hue Jackson

Rapaport reporting on NFL Network Browns definitely not taking Mayfield; [paraphrased] 'Just spoke with another GM who knows Dorsey well and they are definitely not taking Mayfield'

Are all drafts usually like this? This one seems a little more chaotic than usual

I love it. In the age of information all we're getting is disinformation. The GMs have figured out how to manipulate social media and keep us civilians guessing.
