shrader Posted July 7, 2017 Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 I'm excited for this latest Spider-Man if only because I love the character, and his addition to the established MCU being something to see. Getting great reviews so far. Spider-Man 2 is still easily the benchmark. Baby Driver was great. I just hope he doesn't take his mask off to talk to the villain or some random passer by every chance he gets. That drove me mad in the Raimi series. The mask is intended to hide your identity, so you probably shouldn't be taking it off every chance you get. I thought Emma Watson made a terrible Belle, although she's cute (in a girl next door kinda way) the movie was a bit cheesy overall but, a remake of a classic cartoon will never live up. I kinda hope she was just getting high in her trailer and sleepwalking through Beauty and the Beast every day. I don't know what they were doing with BatB.
