An effort to make it as specific to this case as possible and not open the door for other players?

They probably have the paper work in hand already. I'm sure they had it ready to go days in advance.

Is Bernard Pollard still around?

Living in a market where I won't have to see/hear Brady talk everywhere I turn

Why are they called bumper stickers if they're almost never placed on the bumper? One of life's great mysteries. Don't ruin my fun by answering the question, any of you crazy literal posters out there (you know who you are).

I've got two driving related ones from this morning. 1. I had to slam my breaks this morning because a guy decided to make a left turn off of a side street right in front of me. He then tried to move over into the right lane as a car was right there. So this guy, within about 15 seconds of leaving his neighborhood, almost caused two wrecks. Impressive really. 2. I wound up behind a guy with a bumper sticker that read "f___ off, I'm texting", with the F bomb spelled out. So this d-bag likes to advertise that not only is he a classless ass, but he also gladly puts others at risk. I would gladly rip that bumper sticker off of a car if I ever saw it in a parking lot (although, I suppose it does serve as some warning to give him a ton of space). I don't understand why someone would put that garbage on their car... then again, most bumper stickers are garbage and an eyesore.

They probably give you the option of emailing tickets to someone. Once you email a ticket for a specific game, the card won't work for that game anymore. I'm sure they can put that sort of system together.

Wouldn't that make them effectively 8-7?

It's one thing to trade for a guy who is currently under investigation for rape. It takes it to a whole new level when that player is under investigation in your own town. This would be a PR nightmare of epic proportions. It's impossible not to take his current situation into account.

Or he could be from georgia

But is it arbitrator bias if the willingly gave him that power in collective bargaining? If by some chance he makes that ruling does it blow up the CBA?

I'd like to look at it from another point of view. Even if these weren't the so called gun free zones and multiple people are carrying, there's still going to be plenty of people who have no interest in having a gun. The chances are pretty good that the gun wielding hero isn't even there to swoop in and save the day. Given that this gas station was in Texas, I'm not so sure the "gun free zone" label probably applies.

They are taking it to a whole new level, but I don't think it is unreasonable to be making that leap. The police have certainly been neutered over the last couple months. edit: That may not be the best choice of words, but I couldn't settle on the right one. I wanted to say targeted but that can and will be taken out of context.

Guys who are only on AHL contracts too? Interesting. -
How were they killed? The reason for outrage in this current case is obvious. The officer was shot outside the line of duty. I can't speak for all of these since I don't know the details, but there are risks that come along with being on the job. Getting killed while on duty, while still an awful situation, is never going to spark that same kind of outrage. Of course, now that I typed this out, I fully expect LGR to pull up the Joker quote about this.

Freeman, do you find yourself being in touch with the character issues on the team given that you're out of Buffalo? Personally, I don't find myself even the slightest bit in touch with the character of the players given that I'm not exposed to them on a day to day basis in the media. Short of someone pulling something high profile like Ray Rice or Adrian Peterson, I don't really see or hear much from these guys. Obviously guys like Incognito and IK got some press for their actions, but I'm more willing to look past it given that it happened inside the locker room as opposed to some real world problems like all the arrest stories. That's the kind of stuff a team can much more easily police actively since the players are all on site. So if there is some line that I don't want to Bills to cross, I'm not quite sure where it is, but I know that they haven't done so at this point.

Were any of the Patriot offensive lineman drunk Canadian women? That was the only way Lynch was going to run through that line.

Well I do need a paper weight.

And exactly the image I would use if I ever did have a fake name.

Yeah, but were you calling me that?

I'm more worried about having to shovel a few passed out drunks out of my front yard.

CV, are you doing the beer festival thing in town this month? My mother-in-law has decided to visit that weekend of all weekends. So I pretty much can't go now but will really need to.

Pretty much that, yes. It's funny that someone mentioned Moorman upthread because he and Jackson fit together perfectly in my mind. They were the best players of their era of Bills football, but ultimately I will forever link them to this current streak of suck.
