I think that Trump's "appeal" right now is to those who are sick of politicians and the process. Now I can understand that as most people are fed up, but I do hope that these people will smarten up at some point. Being upset is one thing, but responding to that by doing something so colossally stupid as to vote him in is a scary thought. That said, I think there's a good portion of Americans today who would actually do that.

No, just discounted.

Thanks for clearing it up for me that 2011 was the year this board died.

Wait a second. Did I seriously just read in here that day after regret is a product of us shaming women about having sex? Do they really have absolutely zero say in the matter because that's what these conversations wind up making it look like. Sometimes we go to such lengths to protect them that we absolve them completely of any responsibility whatsoever.

Were Barry Beck and ToddKaz from the same class? That one would be unstoppable.

'06? Not so much.

His team was awarded the Cup in 1999. That's what immediately comes to mind for me.

They're the one's most really don't want to work next to though. Granted it's not as high of a risk thing as what you just mentioned, but I'm right now in the process of cleaning up the messes of someone who didn't quite have things in order either. It's an incredible waste of resources.

I'm sure there's some crazy stat behind it, but man, one of these things is not like the other.

Saber61's name always drove me mad.

How quickly does that guy get fired?

Wolfy Jr. is a goalie now? Sweet. Welcome back. According to the posts tab in your profile, it's been since 2013 since you last posted?

This upcoming Tuesday is my 10 year mark. I know I joined right when the league was coming out of the lockout. It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years now since we were about to start on the awesome two year run we had.

I'd drop the s from the team name. It's perfect in the singular form.

The innuendo is off the charts in this one.

Maybe it was willingly referring to yourselves as Halligonians.

It's amazing what can happen to a person when they know they're wanted. And it really has very little to do with what went on in Winnipeg. That trade made it obvious to Kane that he is wanted here and it does seem to have had that positive impact on him so far. Hopefully that will now translate from off the ice to on it.

It's great to have that write up out there, but man is the editing on the site horrible. I almost never notice these things, so they have to be really bad for me to be catching them.

This isn't really a complaint but more of a "what the hell were they thinking". My company banned microwave popcorn because it winds up leading to several fire alarms each year. So they just added a new food vendor in the lobby downstairs and one of the products they sell is bags of microwave popcorn. Didn't really plan that one through all the way, did they?

And to expand on that a bit, I don't think there's any team out there who is willing.

#2 really is the key there. Bringing on Rice is also going to bring a whole new world of attention and scrutiny to your team. The return you get from Rice would need to outweigh that attention and it doesn't seem likely that he can at this point. Deserving a second chance is great and all, but someone also has to be willing to give you that chance.

And here I thought he was using some crazy slang for gay bars that I have never heard before. Speaking of this whole rape subject, the avalanche of prison rape jokes directed at Jared from Subway right now is more than a bit disturbing. Yes he's scum, but people seem to get a little too much joy out of that thought.

Quick summary of what Carucci said? Ok, not as quick as the last two posts. The Rice stuff has gotten hilarious. Each time any RB in the league gets hurt, the talking heads immediately cook up that discussion.
