What if Forton's right and everyone else is getting in his way?đ Ok, I'll leave.
-
Spencer Brown was left out there for the entire second half with one arm. Why did it take so long to figure that out?
-
Iâm not sure Iâve ever seen a worse half of football. Both offenses are pure garbage right now.

Goodbye ribs
-
Itâs two way and I doubt that heâll ever see the NHL roster ever again. I hope he enjoyed the little bonus.
-
Nooooooooooooooo! Seriously though, congratulations to this guy. He almost doubled his salary for the month or so he was sitting in the press box.
-
And we need to get over the idea that he was brought here to play hockey. That very clearly wasnât the case.

Thatâs the rare case where it actually looked worse at full speed. -

Man, that would be incredibly picky. -
Being benched for a game seems like a tough lesson to me.
-
I get missing a meeting or two at the very start of your career. Iâm not sure where the line is, but the back half of your second season is definitely past it.

Everyone did a great job of moving the pile a few feet to the right to keep Romanov clear. I love the crowd control from Heiskanen. The one islander spraying him in the face though, that guy gets an eye roll.
-
The Hardman slot in the game day roster is probably open.
-
Does that even qualify as slight, one single goal?
-
The very first team on the priority list claimed him. These are the spots where I would love to know how many claims were made. Itâs also the time where Iâm waiting for the first âyou suck Kevyn, why didnât you claim himâ.

Kesselring: DNP If they can start getting some return there, the deal really looks that much better.
-
Right, if Lindy really wants that role, Dunne is a better fit. But do you keep him up over a Rosen or Ăstlund? edit: Hey @SDS, if we are going to have that filter on Ăstlund, how about one to put the accent on the "e" in Rosen?
-
Am I losing my mind or were there stories during the summer that Marjala chose not to sign?
-
If they get a bunch of returns, theyâre going to have to though. Theyâll need the roster spot. Geertsen goes and then theyâll need to cast off a goalie. Even after that, theyâre still need one more spot if they suddenly have Norris, Zucker, and Benson. A player currently dressing will have to be sent back down. Dunne seems like the obvious choice, but I could see him handed the Geertsen role that Lindy clearly wants on the team.

Personally, I think his biggest value is as a trade chip, but the waiver eligibility doesnât guarantee full time NHL play. Heâs going to have to earn that time here or anywhere else and could very easily wind up as a journeyman bouncing around all over the place. ⊠or he pulls the Pominville right now and claims his spot. I really have no idea what to expect here.
-
I donât know if itâs here, but I do think both Swedes are full time NHLers next year.
-
Of course, but how is he still around when he canât even get on the ice when theyâre down 15 forwards?
-
Itâs kind of funny to read these projected lineup changes when you realize that Geertsen still hidden away on the roster.
-
That shot could have won him a car during the intermission.
