The nhl could have its first fully southern Stanley cup finals if it’s Dallas and Carolina

He isn’t an Ameoba he is more like a Hydra. You cut one head off and another one just sprouts. The guy just survives everything that kills everyone else in his position.

Let's go Bandits! The quest for a 3-Peat has begun

Unbelievable goaltending that whole fourth Q. Why a fun game, place was rocking. Wish Sabres games were that much fun…. -
I think Dallas can beat Edmonton, but a few players on Dallas need to get going, Benn, Hintz, and Robertson.

Don't think so. Not at 7. There will be better talent for them there. I'd place Martin around 12 but if the Sabres want to take him at 9 I'd not have any problem with that. -
I think Dallas has a better chance of beating Edmonton than Winnipeg would have, so there’s a silver lining. Next hopefully Toronto loses.

Man, Scheifele. That's the worst possible outcome. I was hopeful they would at least kill the penalty.

I should say, it was episode 5 for me where it took off. 5 and 6 were excellent -
Yeah that's brutal and a rival #55 scored to seal it also.
-
I feel terrible for Scheifele
-
Am I reading the box score right? Only one penalty and that was at the end of 3rd and could very well have been a PS. Great job by the refs letting them play.
-
This game has been amazing considering it's only 1-1, 2 big physical teams laying it all on the line.
-
Didn't want to suggest it was "neat and tidy", just an overall trend. There's no question there's a lot of talent on that roster but that's also the case with the Sabres. Lots of high end talent on the big club too. No not at all. What I am saying is the roster isn't balanced. Just like the big club.

We need NHLers not more prospects. If Byram goes to Seattle than I'm eyeing Kaapo Kakko as a possible return.

This ***** game is great!

I wanted an anchor trolley for my kayak and I stupidly bought a cheap one from Amazon. Nope. Does anyone know of a good place to buy gear for kayaks other than Amazon? I’ll pay more if it’s better quality.

Well this is totally nuts:

Hellebuck is actually playing great finally on the road. Other than one stretch in the second period the team in front of him is just not getting it done. Now without Morrissey, I’d be shocked if they get the W tonight. Oettinger is also playing awesome. Kyle Connor needs to do something if the Jets are to have a chance to pull this out.

Byram for Seatlle's 8th overall pick+ -- who says no? Pick back to back BPA or Toughest MF Available. -
Let's go Bandits! The quest for a 3-Peat has begun
Taro T replied to Big Guava's topic in The Aud Club
No, it IS true. ONLY ONE player has SURPASSED 200 points and that player is the Great Dhane Smith. The current Head Coach for the Bandits, who happens to be the greatest box lacrosse player of all time, REACHED 200 career playoff points. Reaching 200 is NOT SURPASSING 200 points. -
When you take a guy 4th overall and he’s barely averaging 10 goals per year…. Yeah, that’s pretty bust-ish. He wasn’t the rough tough guy he is now either. Bennett was pretty much a bust before being traded to Florida.
-
You have Helly on the road, and Scheifele dealing with his burden. Maybe The Peg can do it? Peg, it will come back to you.
-
I wouldn’t say bust but he was looking like 3rd line skill level player. Now he is in his prime years and on a team that can best utilize what he can bring. You can see he brings elements of strength, will, perseverance, grit, toughness, and skill. He shows up in big games and he defends his teammates against anyone. I want him on the Sabres someday. He is a throwback player IMO.

Jared Spurgeon if Minnesota wishes to get younger with Byram; smaller RHD but plays dirty and has 1D experience. M-NTC of 10 Teams Alex Pietrangelo if Vegas does one of their random clearance sales on older vets; may help them garner cap space to re-sign Eichel thus keeping him out West. 1D experienced RHD in a similar slowing down part of his career. Full NMC though Looking for that Teppo Numminen type for the back end. Ekblad would be a nice conciliation prize but I fear his ask; the other 2 are 2 years left. Ekblad is already 29 going on 30. Forwards are a bit more of a headscratchers as I have a type of player I'm looking for but unsure who should be jettisoned to do so. Additionally I wish to extend Tuch
