Shoot da Puck Posted 7 hours ago Report Posted 7 hours ago I have lots of alcohol 🍸, pain killers and large boxes loaded with objects to throw. An extra large first aid kit is a must. I also have dry wall patch, sand paper, primer and paint for after game repairs. I did repair my wide screen TV with a screen saver. Says it can withstand a 9mm bullet. Today I am buying rubber carpeting and furniture covers than I am all done... GO SABRES 5 2 Quote

JohnC Posted 7 hours ago Report Posted 7 hours ago If the Sabres don’t play competitive hockey, my response will be simple. I will tune them out and direct my attention to other endeavors. The fanbase is severely eroded as evidenced by the bountiful empty seats in the arena . If the silent owner doesn’t show some urgency, I’ll also fall by the wayside like so many fans already have done so. 1 Quote

He's even constructing a ballroom over where the museum was supposed to go. Quote

I’d pad all the walls, get a straight jacket, and authorize a medical proxy as well. Quote

I don’t care if he leaves or not. My tolerance for a generation of mediocrity has been exhausted. My standards are not high . Being average should be attainable. Quote
Palm Trees And Taxes Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Here is how it works for me: Hockey is back, excitement when I see preseason games! Halloween: Hey we are 7-2-1, drought over!!! Thanksgiving: Ok, lost 4 of 6, just a bump inn the road we got this! Happy New Year! After the 2-10-1 stretch, i glide over to Tankathon and start spinning daily and dream of Gavin Mckenna coming to Buffalo. Late March Early April: 7-2-1 stretch creates a false sense of optimism going into the next season, lose 4 spots in lottery, we pick 9th. June: Watch low tax market hoist another Stanley Cup, click tweets about Buffalo market out rating the team that actually wins it. Watches Bettman and his cronies deny the tax advantage exists. Rinse, repeat. Edited 3 hours ago by Palm Trees And Taxes 1 1 Quote
inkman Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago I too am ready for the season. I have no ability to watch their games. I’ll thank the unnamed poster who sent me a shady link that infected my work computer with countless viruses. So I’m done. Good luck I guess. Kinda wish I never knew ya. Quote

An incompetent owner who has put together a third rate operation is a self-inflicted crippling handicap. No more excuses! Quote
