Traditionally biggest rival, and the team they probably had the most big games against that they won while wearing them in that era. They gotta make the last game of the season have a reason to be watched 😅 1 Quote

Should they do a sabres crossover to mark the end of the old stadium? Have a bills coloured Sabres uniform. That could be cool. Quote

Personally, believe they should wear them for all 3 home divisional games (and if the Dolts come to town this year, don't expect they do, but it they do, wear them against them too). 1 Quote

Definitely a product of the now news society we have created. Is it factual? Someone told me they think so. Great I’ll send it out as fact to the world. 1 Quote

Scottysabres Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago Parsons has asked for a trade. Jones can’t be that dumb. But if they were to consider moving him, yes please. That’s the kind of move that Polian would make back in the early 90’s. Quote

I realize how easily the cap can be manipulated but it’s still a factor. 2 Quote

Polian got tired of Littman and his interference in how he wanted to run the football operation. It got ugly. There are conflicting stories regarding whether Polian quit or was forced out by Wilson because how he combatively dealt with Littman. The main issue which caused the conflict between these two related to player contracts. I'm not contradicting your point about the cap manipulation but noting that after the SB run the business side of the operation started to clap down on salaries. Also, Littman had a longer trusted relationship with the owner than the volatile Polian did. Quote

John Butler took over after Polian and spent like a drunken sailor so I don’t think Littman was as big an issue at that time. Knox left over finances, I don’t believe that was an issue with Polian but I wasn’t that dialed in during those years. Quote

How he treated and disparaged the owner’s daughter was a factor in the owner souring on the GM. But if my memory is correct the GM’s combative relationship with the owner’s long time financial advisor for his businesses was a major factor for his departure. And as you seem to indicate there were multiple reasons for the GM to leave. Quote
