When our coachless Div III club lacrosse team was trailing against a coached Div I school like U of Oregon like 12-0 at halftime we'd have a couple beers. One or two folks may have smoked up something enjoyable as well. Good team-bonding. Loosened us up to make it a nice 6-1 second half. Get a guy like Lou. They are out there. Firing another coach is only part of it. No way can Adams fix this alone.
