MODO Hockey
Im just so fkn happy now, because just if we keep getting points that gets us closer to playoffs means my trip (if it happends) will actually mean something, GAMEWISE, that is. MODO Hockey
Today... well, today is a good day! That was as a fun game to watch. They seem to be playing together. Are they getting hot at the right time?!?!? I'll drink to that bud, cheers!
matter2003
Team is on a 93 point pace with Eichel and a 74 point pace without him...

Tondas
This team is glaringly better with ERod and Bailey in the lineup. I'd rather see Baptiste than Ennis (when Sam returns) and Falk instead of Franson the lineup, though.
Thorny
Karma for Eichs acting No. It was because Okposo made a soft play back to the blueline and the Blues player jumped on it. Refs tried their best to ###### us there at the end. Great win. Gutty effort. Such a bs call. Huge win against a top notch opponent. One point back. The "too many teams to leapfrog" thing doesn't really apply anymore. If we keep playing like this, we'll likely make the playoffs. We control our own destiny. DarthEbriate
One point back. The "too many teams to leapfrog" thing doesn't really apply anymore. If we keep playing like this, we'll likely make the playoffs. We control our own destiny. I love the optimism. We'll be on break next week -- so by next Saturday Boston, Toronto, and Ottawa will all have played 2 or 3 more. We will learn patience. Good, fun game. Lehner and Eichel were our best players. Kane very solid. Nice effort. Now... let's get a pint or two tomorrow, too. or point. dudacek
That might have been the Sabres best game of the season. Consistent, hard, fast and in control. Where has that puck support been all season? And against a very good, very hard team. Robin Lehner was an icy wall. If that how he is going to look with a good team in front of him, lock him up. And Jack... simply magnificent. Might have been the most complete game I've seen him play. So mature, so in control, trusting his teammates, making the plays the game offered and using every available inch. That was how I imagine Jean Beliveau must have looked.
