If you're confident that your defense can get a stop and you still need a TD anyways then go for it. Worst-case scenario you give the defense you're confident in great field position. The average NFL QB is...not impressive.I'm well aware what an average NFL QB is. They get more than 10 yards in a half. They get more than 70 yards in a half. They get more than 80 yards in a game. Have to win them. Imagine heading into the home game against Brady and New England at 5-2? Chance for first place in the division and a season sweep of the Pats.
