darksabre
I absolutely love how much McGinn brings to the table. Dude drives possession and creates space, something we've sorely needed on this team for many years.
WanderingEye
Did the Wings score on themselves? It looked like Reinhart barely touched it, if at all, on the second swing he had at it.
hockeyhound
Gionta kneeling down to take one for the team. Good to see he still has a pair. If you're not scoring at least you're is willing to get dirty. Edited January 2, 2016 by hockeyhound
Iron Crotch
That power play was dangerous and most of the guys on the ice for us were under 25 years old (Risto, Samson, Jack, O'Reilly).
wjag
Last two number 1 picks of the Sabres are serving notice to the Old Guard in the East that times are changing
...
Yay, Samson. He always earns his goals. I have noticed that, during PP especially, a seemingly new tactic by the Sabrez where they will blindly dish the puck to the high slot. It seems a bit dangerous to me, until they can position themselves better, of course.
WildCard
I'm consistently seeing Eichel and ROR paired with Des and Foligno, what happened to Legwand? I absolutely love how much McGinn brings to the table. Dude drives possession and creates space, something we've sorely needed on this team for many years.Agreed. McGinn has been one of my favorite players this year
Iron Crotch
I'm consistently seeing Eichel and ROR paired with Des and Foligno, what happened to Legwand? Must be hurt. Only 6+ minutes of ice time.

Randall Flagg
Paraphrased from hfboards, that Samson goal goes unassisted but if Taylor Hall had scored it they would have found a way to give Draisaitl two assists.

That's pretty strange no assists were awarded, especially after Larkin's assist from earlier. Seems like ROR and Risto should have gotten helpers.
