A great pitching dual last night in Cleveland.

Estrada pitched even better than the other guy, IMO, but Estrada's one mistake was much more costly.

The game was lost, IMO, in the first and third innings when the Jays failed to score when they had the Cleveland guy (his name escapes me at the moment) on the ropes and not when Estrada gave up the homer.

A good game and a very tough loss for the Jays.

Woohoo, up 2-0 in the series!  C'mon Cleveland!

Kluber allowed a bunch of hits against Boston too, but whenever someone was on base, he locked it down.  In his two games, batters are 1-16 with runners on base.

The Toronto bats better come back to life in Toronto, or else.

Batting wins regular season games, but pitching wins in the post season.

Cleveland's starting pitching has been just a little bit better, or as I stated, their mistakes were not as costly.  The Cleveland pen has been lights out and virtually unhitable.

I wonder if the Jays regret letting Davis go?

The last time that Cleveland was in the World Series, I was illegally squatting in a basement in northwest DC, I had just made my first ever purchase from Amazon (that was kind of a new thing then) and I was awaiting the results of my bar exam.  (I passed.  Cleveland didn't.)

I was 10. But I remember.

Scratch that! I was 12 and I totally forgot that Cleveland lost to the Marlins in 97.

You made a purchase from Amazon while illegally squatting? That takes gumption.
