shrader Posted yesterday at 03:51 PM Report Posted yesterday at 03:51 PM I think it's a fair placement. Outside of Werenski who was an absolute stud this year, you're not seeing many non-playoff teams on that list. So that type of recognition given how bad the team was, it means something. 1 1 Quote

I don’t know that he moves up much when only 4 voters thought enough of him to place him in 3rd on their ballots. 1 Quote

If the Sabres had somehow made the playoffs after 13 seasons, with the team going something like 0-11 with Dahlin out of the lineup, he'd at least have been 4th. And he'd have gotten Hart votes as well. Quote

ponokasabre Posted yesterday at 05:01 PM Report Posted yesterday at 05:01 PM I truly think he will win one if not multiple of these If he was healthy all year he may have been in the top 3 Get him and Power consistent defensive partners and Dahlin could win this next year Quote
HumanSlinky39 Posted yesterday at 06:30 PM Report Posted yesterday at 06:30 PM Seems about right. Good season for Rasmus. If only he had more help. Quote

He’s still good for one every game or two but I suppose if he’s playing 30 minutes a night, it’s bound to happen occasionally. Quote

Dahlin was ahead ahead of Morrissey in every stat category but games played. Morrissey played on a strong team, and not in Buffalo. I would argue that Dahlin's defensive game, and his physical game is similar to Hedman and better than all of the others. But no one cares who got 2nd or 3rd. Dahlin's only hope at winning a Norris is to play on better and dominant team. 3 hours ago, TheAud said: Bryson get any votes? He won most congenial 7th defender. And wouldn't have a problem with some other 6/7 tweener being the guy in the press box while Johnson and Novikov continue to ripen. If he plays more than 15 games as the 6, have a problem with it. Otherwise, meh. Quote
