Jack Eichel and 2023 3rd Traded to Vegas for F Alex Tuch, C Peyton Krebs, 2022 1st Top Ten Protected and 2023 2nd

While the deal is still pending a trade call with the league, TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger reports forwards Alex Tuch and Peyton Krebs, a 2022 first-round pick and a third-round pick in 2023 are going back to the Sabres, who will send a 2023 third-round pick along with Eichel to Vegas.

Tuch is decent, if he could only stay healthy.  Krebs is a question mark at this point.

I'm not a Peters fan, but at the same time, I'm happy for him that he got the story before anyone else. Still, I'm not sure what he meant when he says he's "truly sorry for you all".

I'm guessing he thinks the compensation wasn't enough. As he knows the pain we as Sabres fans been over the last few years and it doesn't look like it's improving.

He is typing in a world that makes it impossible to type goodly.

I think he means that if he is wrong on this he is sorry for getting everyone's hopes up as this has been going on for so long with rumours just about everyday.

Andrew has a source deep inside the Sabres org.  I would think that it's KA.
